Project summary

For Marfo, I worked as a video editor on the production of internal and recruitment-focused video content.
Following a full-day shoot at the company’s location, the footage was edited into an e-learning video designed for onboarding new employees.

The concept for the e-learning video was developed in collaboration with Marfo’s internal team and approved prior to production. During the shoot, additional footage was intentionally captured beyond the e-learning scope to allow for future reuse in recruitment campaigns.

 

To increase efficiency and scalability, AI-generated voice-over was used during editing, enabling the creation of multiple video variations from a single production day. All videos were delivered quickly and tailored to Marfo’s internal and recruitment needs.

Ongoing collaboration

Rather than a one-off delivery, the collaboration with Marfo continued through the reuse and adaptation of the original footage.
Months after the initial production, the same material is still being edited into new recruitment ads and variations as hiring needs evolve.

This approach allowed Marfo to maximize the value of a single shoot while maintaining consistent visual communication across internal and recruitment channels.
